In this Privacy Policy, 'us' 'we', 'our' or 'WealthX' means WealthX PTY LTD (ABN 72 681 110 832) and any of our group companies. This Privacy Policy sets out our commitment to protecting the privacy of your personal information provided to us, or otherwise collected, used, stored, handled or disclosed by us when providing our online platforms, website and applications (together, the Services) or when otherwise interacting with you in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We may disclose personal information outside of Australia to cloud providers or sub-processors located in any country where we or our service providers operate. We will, however, take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipient will deal with such personal information in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
